Key Account Manager (m/f/d) – Automotive 

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customized account strategies to drive growth, aligning with Cabka's sustainability and business objectives
  • Achieve sales targets by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, managing contract negotiations, and delivering high-quality proposals
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned automotive accounts, building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (product development, engineering, and marketing) to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions that meet customer needs
  • Track, analyze, and forecast account performance, providing regular updates and strategic insights to the Head of Sales
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor actions, and industry innovations, and provide input to help shape Cabka’s automotive strategy and product development

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or
    Business Development, ideally in the automotive or manufacturing sectors
  • Self-starter with strong initiative
  • Results- and solution-oriented
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High mobility and willingness to travel, ready to inspire our national and international
    clients from your home-based office
