People & Culture Generalist (w/m/d)
Your responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, role changes, promotions, transfers, and offboarding, ensuring a smooth and compliant employee journey.
- HR Documentation & Records: Prepare and maintain employment-related documentation, ensure accurate HR records, and support HR systems administration.
- Payroll Administration: Support payroll processes in close collaboration with the Finance Team by ensuring data accuracy, timely input, and alignment with HR records.
- Employee Support & Advisory: Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR-related matters.
- Recruitment & Selection: Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and contract preparation up to offer stage.
- Performance Management: Support the implementation and administration of the annual compensation and performance review process.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of associate-level education, vocational training, and relevant professional experience
- Initial experience in a similar HR role, ideally with exposure to payroll administration and payroll-related processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and maintain a high level of service orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Proficiency in HR systems and a strong interest in digital tools and process improvement
Fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
