Your responsibilities​​​​​
  • Hunt for sales success and win new accounts
  • Perform customer and business development in the sales region
  • Maintain strong business relationships with established customers
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of our sales strategy
  • Prepare and execute budget planning, reports, market analysis
  • Develop new ways to over-achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Represent our company with passion and inspire our customers for our product solutions

Your profile

  • Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship, university degree or similar qualification
  • Several years of professional sales experience, Key Account Management - ideally in Chemical, Pharma, Food or Retail business - with proven track record of successfully delivering sales results
  • International B2B-experience in the field of plastic packaging, plastics, recycling, packaging, logistics, material handling or a similar industry
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic sales mindset with pronounced customer orientation
  • Passion for social selling, multi-channel selling and professionally negotiating in Dutch, German and English
  • High mobility and willingness to travel so you can inspire our national and international clients starting from your home-based office
