Your responsibilities
- Support the field service in the area of responsability including data management in CRM System
- Process orders from confirmation to delivery
- Telephone communication and written correspondence with customers
- Tracking sales offers and ensuring a smooth process
- Providing product advice to customers
- Managing delivery schedules
- Creating offers and statistics
- Assisting with complaints and payment delays
- Processing intercompany orders
Requirements
- Business Economics / Organization Management / Digital Management / Supply Chain or similar majors
- Extensive Customer Service/Backoffice Management experience
- Proficient in German and fluent in English
- Skills in MS Office, especially Excel, and knowledge in SAP
- Willing to travel abroad 30% of the time
- Preferably experienced in B2B/industrial settings
- Strong communication and intercultural skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Independent, self-motivated, and structured work style
