Area Sales Manager CEE (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Planning of yearly sales budget in alignment with VP Sales EU
- Achievement of sales targets for sales region
- Maximize profitability and develop business in sales region
- Maintain strong business relationships with established customer base
- Identify, build and nurture new customers
- Develop new sales with existing and new clients
- Preparation and conduction of negotiations with customers within the decision-making frame
- Close cooperation with interfaces (i. e. technical department, back office, marketing) to offer best solutions to clients
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Proactive participation in regular international sales meetings
- Representation of the company at trade fairs nationally and internationally
- Ensuring optimal customer visit planning and execution of customer visits reports on weekly basis
- Data entry and maintenance in CRM System
- Meet reporting requirements in time
- Continuous market monitoring and reporting to VP Sales EU
Your profile
- Completed commercial education and/or recognized degree in Business Management
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in a sales management role in for consumer or technical investment goods in an international environment – ideally in an international environment
- Proven successful sales track record
- Experience in Project Management and social selling
- Professional experience in plastic industries, packaging industry, and/or logistics is advantageous
- Target and solution oriented
- Dynamic, hands-on self-starter
- Strong organizational skills and structured way-of-working
- Customer- and service oriented
- C-level sales experience
- Strong skills in relation management
- Strong communication and proven negotiation skills, confident and convincing manner
- Good technical understanding
- International mindset
- Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken (additional language skills a plus)
- Driver's license (the position requires high mobility)
