In our application process, we initially only ask for a resume. However, if you would like to share more about yourself in addition, you are free to include a cover letter.
Let's Talk: The first get-to-know-you interview
If we are a "match", we will invite you to an initial short telephone or video call with colleagues from the People Management team. This conversation allows us to get to know each other better and to better understand and discuss our mutual expectations. We are not only interested in your professional qualifications, but also in your professional goals and personal expectations.
Your appearance: The personal interview
If we feel that we could be a good fit, you will receive an invitation to a personal interview. At this interview, not only will a member of our People Management team be present, but also your potential future manager. The interview will take place either directly at one of our locations, or virtually via a video call.
