                                                  Corporate Strategy Manager (m/f/d) 
                                                   based in Amsterdam, Netherlands

Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate the execution of Cabka’s top strategic priorities – define workstreams, milestones, and KPIs, ensuring progress and alignment across teams.
  • Collect and analyze internal data and documentation to support informed strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate the preparation of the annual report (excluding financial statements) in collaboration with the ESG team, ensuring compliance with reporting and sustainability requirements.
  • Draft and prepare annual report content, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Develop and maintain the company’s risk management framework, including regular risk assessments and mitigation planning.
  • Support the M&A agenda by validating potential acquisition opportunities, managing due diligence processes, and contributing to post-merger integration.
  • Serve as the main contact for external advisors on M&A, financial, and legal matters.
  • Coordinate reporting activities for the Management and Supervisory Boards, ensuring transparency and consistency.

Your profile

  • Strong undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Law, or Accounting.
  • Intermediate experience in a senior finance or corporate strategy role within an investment bank, law firm, M&A advisory, large accounting, or consulting firm.
  • Proven experience in risk management and project management.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a structured and hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across all levels of the organization.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (especially German or Dutch) are a plus.
