                         Group IT & ERP Director (m/f/d)
                           
 based in Valencia, Spain

Your responsibilities

  • ICT & ERP Strategy
    Define, implement and continuously develop Cabka’s global IT & ERP strategy in close alignment with business objectives and growth ambitions. Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on IT, digitalization and ERP‑related topics.
  • SAP S/4HANA Ownership
    Hold end‑to‑end responsibility for the SAP S/4HANA transformation, including roadmap, governance, execution, business process harmonization, integrations, testing, data migration and cutover. Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and budget‑compliant delivery.  
  • AI Strategy & Digital Innovation
    Drive Cabka’s AI and digital innovation roadmap by identifying high‑impact use cases across operations, finance, supply chain, HR and commercial functions. Ensure responsible, secure and compliant deployment and integration with SAP and other core systems.  
  • Project Leadership & Change Management
    Lead complex international IT and ERP projects, establish robust project and portfolio governance, and ensure user adoption and change management across the organization.  
  • IT Governance, Security & Compliance
    Define and enforce group‑wide IT standards, governance frameworks and authorization concepts. Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
  • Vendor, Stakeholder & Budget Management
    Act as the central interface between Group IT and local IT teams, manage strategic vendors and SLAs, and own the global IT & ERP budget in close cooperation with Group Purchasing.
  • Operations & Team Leadership
    Oversee day‑to‑day IT operations, system stability and performance. Lead, develop and inspire a global IT & ERP team in an international, cross‑cultural environment.

Your profile

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Economics or a comparable IT‑related education
  • Several years of professional experience in IT leadership roles within an international, industrial or production environment
  • Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, IT security and ERP systems (SAP experience required; S/4HANA strongly preferred)
  • Proven project management experience, ideally with large‑scale ERP or digital transformation programs
  • Knowledge of IT service management (e.g. ITIL) and solid financial acumen
  • Strong strategic, analytical and conceptual thinking combined with a hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • High level of resilience, integrity and intercultural competence
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • High willingness to travel nationally and internationally and a valid driving license
