HR Generalist (m/f/d) 

based in Valencia

Your responsibilities

HR Administration & Employee Support
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll in collaboration with our external provider
  • Advise and support managers and employees on personnel-related matters
  • Prepare employment-related documents and maintain up-to-date HR records and databases
  • Handle daily administrative HR tasks and ensure compliance with Spanish labor laws, health & safety regulations, and internal policies
  • Collaborate transparently with the Works Council, including support in consultation processes and co-determination matters
Recruiting & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including pre-screening, contract preparation, and onboarding
  • Contribute to developing and improving tools and processes to attract top talent, in close collaboration with the People & Culture team
Performance Management & HR Projects
  • Support the annual compensation and performance review cycle
  • Act as key user for the HR software, maintaining organizational structures and working time models
  • Take part in HR initiatives such as employee engagement surveys and digitalization projects

Your profile

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within Human Resources, ideally in an international company
  • Structured, self-driven working style with a strong service orientation
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset, with the flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
  • Confident in working with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office 
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
