                                                  Key Account Manager Pooling (m/f/d) 
                                                          remote based in Germany

Your responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop customer base in Pooling Industry as well as developing and launching new product introductions into the Pooling world
  • Manage and grow your own customer accounts across Europe, with a focus on DACH, Benelux, the UK, and CEE, using existing products or developing tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales with key accounts and acquire new project customers by collaborating closely with clients and the innovation team.
  • Own sales performance and achieve volume and revenue targets in your region.
  • Plan and manage budgets in alignment with the VP Pooling & System Integrations (m/f/d).
  • Coordinate with Program Management to track project progress.
  • Organize and prepare customer meetings and sales presentations.
  • Conduct initial calculations and prepare business cases for Group Controlling.
  • Create reports, analyses, and decision-support materials.
  • Prepare internal and external presentations.
  • Maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
  • Build customer insights and share findings with the VP Pooling & System Integrations (m/f/d).

Your profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent commercial training.
  • Proven senior sales experience, ideally in international markets; packaging or plastics a plus.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Project management skills with a structured, process-oriented approach.
  • Excellent business acumen, customer focus, and relationship management skills.
  • Results-driven, dynamic, and hands-on self-starter with resilience and persistence.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Technically savvy, innovative, and solution-oriented.
  • Team player with intercultural competence and integrity.
