Digital & Communication Manager (m/f/d)
based in Valencia
Your responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Customer Journey
- Define and optimize the end-to-end digital customer journey (from campaign to conversion)
- Ensure consistency across all touchpoints (ads, landing pages, website, follow-up)
- Align digital activities with business priorities and industry-focused campaigns (e.g. pharma, retail, logistics)
Website & Content Management
- Own and manage Cabka’s website (structure, performance, and content updates)
- Create, edit, and optimize landing pages for campaigns and lead generation
- Ensure consistent messaging, tone of voice, and branding
- Translate technical and product information into clear, compelling digital content
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with key industries and business goals
- Plan and manage an editorial calendar across channels
- Create high-quality content for website, campaigns, and social media
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners when needed
- Lead Generation & Paid Media
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across:
- LinkedIn Ads
- Google Ads (Search & Display)
- Manage budgets, targeting, and campaign performance
- Drive measurable lead generation aligned with sales objectives
SEO & AI Search Optimization
- Optimize website and content for organic search (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page improvements
- Adapt content for AI-driven search and generative engines (AI SEO)
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and search performance
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Continuously improve conversion rates across landing pages and website
- Conduct A/B testing (content, layout, messaging, CTAs)
- Identify and remove friction points in the user journey
- Analytics & Performance Management
- Track and analyze performance across all digital channels
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights
- Optimize campaigns and content based on data
Marketing Automation & CRM Alignment
- Collaborate closely with sales to ensure effective lead handover and follow-up
- Support integration with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Improve lead quality, scoring, and nurturing processes
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow Cabka’s social media presence (primarily LinkedIn)
- Plan and publish content aligned with campaigns, events, and thought leadership
- Monitor engagement and continuously optimize performance

- Website/CMS management
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or sustainability sectors is a plus
- Recognized degree in Business Management and/ or technics
- Profound working experience in similar roles, ideally in an international environment
- Experience in building and leading a B-2-B organization
- Successful track record implementing marketing strategies
- Professional experience in plastic industries would be advantageous
- High mobility and a full valid driving license
- Proficient in MS Office 365 and CRM systems
- Fluent in English and Spanish, additional languages are a plus
