Sales Director Northern Europe (m/f/d)
Fully remote within the EU or at one of our offices in Berlin or Amsterdam.
Your responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Growth
- Develop and implement a regional sales growth strategy for standard Material Handling products and customized solutions in alignment with Cabka’s commercial strategy
- Coordinate closely with CCO, Product Management, Operations and Engineering to ensure scalable and profitable solution selling
- Take full responsibility for regional volume and revenue targets with clear focus on margin and long-term value creation
- Identify, develop and actively pursue new business opportunities, applications and industries with emphasis on customized solutions as differentiation
Key Account & Solution-driven Customer Management
- Define and manage strategic Key Accounts with senior ownership of key customer relationships in the region (UK, Scandinavia, CEE, Benelux, DACH and RoW)
- Lead complex sales opportunities from identification to contract closure, including customized and engineered solutions
- Translate customer requirements, value drivers and use cases into viable commercial and technical solutions
- Act as escalation point for key customers and strategic projects
Sales Organization, Forecasting & Performance Governance
- Lead, inspire and develop the regional sales organization, including coaching towards consultative and solution-oriented selling
- Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline transparency, sales planning and reporting to the CCO, including corrective actions when required
Your profile
- Senior sales leadership experience in an industrial, logistics, packaging or solution-based environment
- Proven international B2B sales track record, including customized or engineered solutions; experience in plastics industry advantageous
- Experience managing multi-country sales teams and complex customer stakeholders in international environments
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset combined with hands-on execution, deal closing ability and strong business acumen
- Excellent negotiation, communication, stakeholder and relationship management skills with confident and convincing manner
- Entrepreneurial, resilient, customer- and target-oriented, with strong drive for success and decision-making ability
- Proven leadership skills with experience working in diverse, intercultural teams and strong team orientation
- High mobility and a full valid driving license
- Proficient in MS Office 365 and CRM systems; fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
