                                                         Executive Assistant (m/f/d) 
                                                          based in Valencia, Spain

Your responsibilities

  • Work directly with CEO to support all aspects of daily work routine
  • Managing and organizing calendars of the executive team members
  • Making travel arrangements for the members of the Executive Leadership Team
  • Travel agenda organization for CEO and ELT
  • Maintaining confidential and sensitive information
  • Handling correspondence
  • Preparing meetings and events on a global scale
  • Taking notes at meetings, preparing minutes and summaries
  • Creating presentations and drafting the announcements
  • Conceptual input on projects
  • Supporting CEO on personal topics (i. e. expenses, etc)
  • Responsibility for global Fleet Management in collaboration with Group Purchasing Department
  • Supporting activities related to People & Culture

Your profile

  • Successfully completed business studies (BA,) or commercial training
  • Profound professional experience in PA and/or EA roles or similar assistant roles
  • Self-propelling and ability to work independently, structured and systematically
  • Ability to pay attention to detail, multitask, and work proactively
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Solution and result oriented
  • Flexible and resilient
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intercultural competence
  • Confident use of Microsoft 365
  • Fluent in English, Russian/Hebrew - Spanish, German or other languages are a plus
