Sales Development & CS Representative (m/f/d) 

based in St. Louis - Hazelwood MO, US

Your responsibilities

Sales Development:
  • Prospect and develop opportunities for the sales team.
  • Follow up on inbound leads, nurture, and qualify them.
  • Set appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on strategic approaches.
  • Profile and research key accounts.
Customer Service:
  • Support field service operations.
  • Process orders from confirmation to invoicing.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email.
  • Track outstanding sales offers.
  • Provide product advice and handle complaints.
  • Maintain customer data in the CRM.
  • Assist with trade fair preparations.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
  • 1+ years in Customer Service, Marketing, or Sales.
  • Successful telemarketing experience.
  • Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM, databases, and ERP systems.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • B2B and international matrix environment experience beneficial.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
